Natalie Farmer founded Rave soon after moving to Dripping Springs. Rave was founded for personal large projects after finding it difficult to hire contractors who could provide a fast-paced construction schedule. Rave is committed to construct buildings that are measured on quality and speed.
Rave’s concept was established on humble beginnings in the agriculture construction industry. Natalie and her dad, Joey Schonefeld, work closely throughout the client experience to ensure client timelines and expectations are met. The agriculture industry is constantly adapting and has made a solutions-oriented focus to execution second nature for Natalie and Joey. We provide a seamless transition from the conceptual phase into construction.
Our experience operating and running a national agricultural construction company is integral to establishing new industry relationships as we have expanded our office location and our body of work. Our way of connecting with others continues to be one-on-one, person-to-person.
